FAQ

  • Can I change my order?

    We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

    Changing the item or size
    Delivery/billing address
    Adding items to your order
    Shipping method

    However, if before 4pm, you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button

    After 4pm, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been processed, you will recieve an email confirming shipment.

    You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. 

    *Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch 

  • I have been sent the wrong item

    Following the rare occurrence that we send you the wrong item please email returns@aquahide.comwith an image of the item that you have received. 

    A member of our team will be happy to process a return and get the correct item sent out. 

  • Returns Policy

    You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned.

    We will replace all faulty items and accept returns on goods, providing they are still in our original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, if this is not the case we would not be able to process a return on your order.

  • How do I process a return?

    Please follow the steps below:


    1. Contact us by email at returns@aquahide.co.uk with your order number, and reason for return

    2. We will send you a returns note, which must be completed to return your garments 

    3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging

    4. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods

  • Can I exchange my items?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to exchange your goods.

    You will have to process a return, to receive a refund.

  • I haven't received my refund

    Depending on the service you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 7 working days to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

    If your return is marked as delivered, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
