If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please let us know immediately to secure a replacement or refund. We are more than happy to help.
If you feel the need to return any item to us, initially, we will ask for you to pay the cost of the return. If you received the wrong items or your items are faulty, we will reimburse this cost. If returning for any other reason, the return must be made at your own cost.
How to make a Return
- 1. Contact us by email at email@example.com with your order number, and reason for return
- 2. We will send you a returns note, which must be completed to return your garments
- 3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging
- 4. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods
If we cannot accept a Return
We will replace all faulty items and accept returns on goods, providing they are still in our original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, if this is not the case we would not be able to process a return on your order.
You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned.
Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless the goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
